Deal promo rules

From November 17, 2025 to November 30, 2025, inclusive, Fix Price stores (FIX PRICE GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. in UAE, addresses Dubai, Dubai Marina, JBR, Rimal 5, Dubai, Al Ghubaiba Rd, Sheikh Hamdan Building, Dubai, Bank Street Building, Sharjah, King Abdul Aziz St) will be running a promotional event called "Discount Code. Get 5 AED Off Purchases of 30 AED or More" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), offering a 5 AED discount with the code word (hereinafter referred to as the "Code Word"). All prices are in AED, including 5% VAT. A 5 AED discount is applied to the total bill (including VAT) for purchases over 30 AED.

1. Code Word Terms and Promotion Period

1.1. To receive a discount, the customer must tell the cashier the code word "Deal" when making a purchase of 30 AED or more during the promotional period.

1.2. Code Word Validity Period: November 17, 2025 to November 30, 2025.

2. Code Word Distribution Rules

2.1. Code Word Receipt Procedure: The code word is valid from November 17 to November 30, 2025.

2.2. The code word will be placed in Fix Price advertising from November 17 to November 30, 2025.

2.3. During the Code Word Validity Period, the Participant may make an unlimited number of purchases.

3. Code Word Receipt Rules:

3.1. The code word is accepted as a discount on purchases made from November 17 to November 30, 2025.

3.2. The code word is accepted at Fix Price stores in the UAE (FIX PRICE GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. stores).

3.3. The code word provides a discount of 5 dirhams and is valid for purchases over 30 dirhams.

3.4. The code word discount is not cumulative. The code word may be used no more than once per receipt.

3.5. Partial use of the discount code is not possible.

3.6. The code word can be used an unlimited number of times during the promotional period.

3.7. The discount provided with the code word cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.8. When returning a product purchased with the discount, the buyer will receive a refund for the actual amount indicated on the receipt. In case of a partial refund, if the check falls below 30 AED, the discount amount is subject to recalculation.

 

4. Other Terms

4.1. The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend transactions under the Promotion for technical reasons (failure or interruption of communication channels, power outages, as well as other cases of technical and/or technological failure of equipment and software).

4.2. The Company reserves the right to change the Promotional period, terminate the Promotion, or change its terms without prior notice or explanation. Changes will be published on the fix-price.ae website in the "Legal Information" section.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a Code Word without notice if the buyer:

· fails to comply with these Rules or the terms of other Company promotions;

· has committed or intends to commit actions deemed by the Company to be fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise manipulative, which have resulted or may result in material, moral, or other harmful consequences of varying types and degrees for the Company.

من 17 نوفمبر 2025 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025 (شاملا)، ستقيم متاجر فيكس برايس (شركة فيكس برايس للتجارة العامة ذ.م.م.  في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، في العناوين التالية: دبي – دبي مارينا – جميرا بيتش ريزيدنس (رمال 5)، دبي – شارع الغبيبة – مبنى الشيخ حمدان، دبي – مبنى بنك ستريت، الشارقة – شارع الملك عبد العزيز) فعالية ترويجية بعنوان "رمز الخصم – خصم 5 دراهم على المشتريات بقيمة 30 درهماً أو أكثر" ويشار إليها لاحقا بـ"الحملة".
تقدم الحملة خصماً قدره 5 دراهم إماراتية عند استخدام كلمة السر (الرمز) المحددة. جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة 5%. يطبق الخصم على إجمالي الفاتورة (بما في ذلك ضريبة القيمة المضافة) للمشتريات التي تتجاوز 30 درهما.

1. شروط كلمة السر وفترة الحملة

1.1. للحصول على الخصم، يجب على العميل إبلاغ أمين الصندوق بكلمة السر "Deal" عند إجراء عملية شراء بقيمة 30  درهما أو أكثر خلال فترة الحملة.
2.1. فترة صلاحية كلمة السر: من 17 نوفمبر 2025 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025.

2. قواعد توزيع كلمة السر

 1.2. إجراءات الحصول على كلمة السر:  تكون كلمة السر صالحة من17  إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025.
 2.2. سيتم عرض كلمة السر في إعلانات فيكس برايس خلال نفس الفترة.
3.2.  يمكن للمشارك إجراء عدد غير محدود من المشتريات خلال فترة صلاحية كلمة السر.

3.  قواعد استخدام كلمة السر

1.3.  تقبل كلمة السر للحصول على خصم على المشتريات المنفذة من 17 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025.
2.3.  تقبل كلمة السر في متاجر فيكس برايس في الإمارات المملوكة لشركة فيكس برايس للتجارة العامة ذ.م.م..
3.3.  تمنح كلمة السر خصما قدره 5 دراهم إماراتية على المشتريات التي تزيد عن 30  درهما.
4.3.  لا يمكن جمع الخصم أو استخدامه أكثر من مرة في نفس الفاتورة.
5.3.  لا يمكن استخدام جزء من الخصم.
6.3  يمكن استخدام كلمة السر عددا غير محدود من المرات خلال فترة الحملة.
7.3.  لا يمكن استبدال الخصم النقدي بقيمة نقدية.
8.3  عند إرجاع منتج تم شراؤه باستخدام الخصم، يحصل العميل على المبلغ الفعلي المدفوع والمبين في الإيصال. في حالة الإرجاع الجزئي، إذا أصبحت قيمة الفاتورة أقل من 30 درهما، فسيعاد احتساب قيمة الخصم.

4.  شروط أخرى

1.4  تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعليق تنفيذ الحملة مؤقتا لأسباب تقنية (مثل الأعطال، أو انقطاع الاتصالات أو الكهرباء، أو أي أعطال أخرى في الأجهزة أو البرامج).
2.4  تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تغيير فترة الحملة أو إنهائها أو تعديل شروطها دون إشعار مسبق، على أن تنشر التعديلات على موقع fix- price.ae  في قسم "المعلومات القانونية".
3.4. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في رفض قبول كلمة السر دون إشعار مسبق إذا:
· لم يلتزم المشتري بهذه القواعد أو بشروط حملات الشركة الأخرى؛
· ارتكب أو يعتزم ارتكاب أفعال تراها الشركة احتيالية أو خادعة أو تلاعبية، ينتج عنها أو قد ينتج عنها أضرار مادية أو معنوية للشركة.
